Important programme guidance.

Please review these conditions before attending a demo class or joining a programme.

₹49 demo class fee is non-refundable after access is provided.
Course fees are non-refundable unless Skill Mate India cancels or is unable to deliver the selected course as promised.
If Skill Mate India cannot deliver, the eligible course fee will be refunded.
No refund applies for change of mind, missed sessions, non-participation or removal for misconduct, except where required by law.

No bullying, harassment, threats, discrimination, inappropriate content, impersonation or deliberate disruption.
Serious safety breaches may result in immediate removal; repeated disruption may lead to removal after warning.
Do not share session links, recordings, screenshots, course material or participant information without permission.

Only information needed for enquiry, enrolment, delivery, support and required records is collected.
Personal data is not sold and is shared only with necessary service providers or when legally required.
Parent or lawful-guardian consent is required for processing children’s data.
Children are not behaviourally tracked or targeted with advertising.

Student name, grade and email are used only for enrolment, delivery, support and required records.
Parents or guardians are responsible for Explorer participation and consent.
Age-appropriate conduct and child-safety requirements apply throughout the programme.
